Proposals to change the layout of a “mixed-use” development in Laurieston made up of residential homes, offices and shops have been submitted to the city council.
It comes after almost 350 new homes at the site bounded by Eglinton Street, Gorbals Street, Norfolk Street and Cumberland Street were approved back in 2022.
Plans also include space for a hotel, food and drink establishments and student accommodation at the site with associated roads, parking, public realm and open space.
An application, prepared by Stallan-Brand Architecture & Design Ltd on behalf of Urban Union has proposed an amendment to part of development which would see changes to Blocks A and L which are part of the Phase 3A design.
