Three Oakland County men are facing charges for what’s described as an apparent gang-related shooting in Pontiac.
No one was istruck by the gunfire, officials said.
According to the Oakland County Prosecutor’s Office, the shooting happened outside a Pontiac gas station on July 28 where the three were filming a music video and a fight broke out with a rival gang member. The man, age 23, tried to leave the fight but was followed by the defendants, identified as Wiliam Hanley of Pontiac, Damian Thomas of Pontiac, and Devone Calhoun of Southfield.
Hanley allegedly fired a handgun at the man who allegedly returned fire and again tried to retreat, the prosecutor’s office said.
