Few of us are expected to show up to our polling places, meaning those of us who do will be wielding an enviable potency of power in choosing who squares off on Election Day this fall. The fields for a trio of Duluth City Council and Duluth School Board races are on the line, and it’s the responsibility of all eligible voters in the city of Duluth and in the Duluth School District to determine Nov. 4’s final candidates.
