EL DORADO, Kan. (KAKE) - A preliminary hearing is underway in the death of a 6-year-old girl who was found buried in the backyard of a Rose Hill home nearly a year ago.

Crystina Schroer is charged with first-degree murder, three counts of child abuse, making false information, Medicaid fraud, theft by deception, failure to report the death of a child and criminal desecration of a body.
