Park City High School junior and aspiring artist Elizabeth Noble Phillips has partnered with Restoring Ancestral Winds to promote the creation of a public mural honoring missing and murdered indigenous women.

“This art is intended to serve as both a powerful visual tribute and a community-centered space for education, reflection, and healing,” Phillips said.

The 16 year old became inspired to raise awareness about the women when she learned of them during one of her high school classes.
