Heat and humidity will continue to build throughout the day, putting our high temperatures in the high-80s later this afternoon. As always, that humidity will make it feel even warmer than it already is, so we're looking at heat indices in the high-90s today. We're not under any heat-related alert from the National Weather Service, but areas to our north and south are. Today we stay dry, but the hot and humid air will provide fuel for strong to severe storms tomorrow and Sunday.
