Roland Beainy, the 28-year-old Lebanese owner of a string of Trump-themed burger restaurants in the Houston area, is facing deportation after U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials confirmed he overstayed his visa and failed to leave the country by a required deadline.
According to a report by KHOU 11 News , Beainy initially entered the United States in 2019 as a non-immigrant visitor and was expected to depart by February 12, 2024. ICE stated that Beainy did not comply with that requirement, prompting his arrest on May 16 of this year.
Despite his public display of support for former President Donald Trump—whose image and slogans reportedly feature prominently in his restaurant branding—ICE emphasized that political affiliation or business ownership does not exempt a
