The Mesa City Council is set to vote on a rezoning that would pave the way for a planned apartment complex on North Beverly at their Aug. 18 meeting.
The meeting takes place at 5:45 p.m. Aug. 18 at 20 E. Main St.
The development is called Beverly Apartments, a planned three-story 36-unit development at 120 N. Beverly in Mesa.
The applicant is Tristam Kesti of Perlman Architects-AZ, who filed the application on behalf of site owner COPA Health.
According to a council report, the applicant requested the site be rezoned from multiple residence-2 and multiple residence-3 to multiple residence-4 with a planned area development overlay. The basic site plan for the proposed project includes a three-story building with 18 one-bedroom units, 10 two-bedroom units and eight three-bedroom units. P
