Millar's Brasserie review: New restaurant in Belfast’s golden triangle is sure to become one of the best when early issues are ironed out

Holohan’s has been there less time but nonetheless long enough to have become a recognised and acknowledged restaurant of very decent quality with excellent and rare-to-find boxty dishes. Across the street is recently opened Millar’s Brasserie. Millar’s has plenty of form. There is Millar’s Grill and Seafood, a bright, modern place beside the Waterfront Hall, and there was formerly Millar’s in Finaghy — but that closed last year.
