LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (ABC36 NEWS NOW) — The Laurel County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating two individuals involved in a dangerous incident at a motel in southern Laurel County.
According to a flyer shared on the department’s Facebook page, deputies say 37-year-old Lissa Marie Shephard of Springport, Michigan, and a second unidentified male suspect — possibly named “Darnell” — were seen on surveillance video at the scene. Authorities say the two allegedly busted out a window and fled in a white Ford Focus, reportedly nearly running over people in the parking lot while driving away.
