Dbrand is now accepting replacement orders on the Joy-Lock Grips for the Switch 2 Killswitch.

Following complaints that there with the magnetic connection, Dbrand reached out to customers to advise that they will be replacing the grips for free, and it seems like you can kick off the process right now, as long as you've received an email from Dbrand.

Instructions on how to claim your replacement are included in the email, but you can also check out the website for additional details .

The Joy-Lock Grips come with a few changes, which Dbrand has detailed:

1. The retaining lip along the length of the Joy-Con has been removed altogether.

2. The retaining lip on the top has been extended downwards.
