Sean "Diddy" Combs' attorney plans to ask Judge Arun Subramanian if his client can serve his upcoming sentence at home instead of a prison cell.
In an upcoming edition of "TMZ Live" that will air Friday, August 8, Marc Agnifilo told Harvey Levin the Bad Boy Records founder recognizes that he needs therapy to overcome his issues with anger and substance abuse. Agnifilo previously revealed that Combs had begun receiving treatment before he was arrested last year, but he explained the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn (or any other prison) isn't prepared to offer Combs the proper therapy he needs to recover.
"I am certainly going to be asking the judge, as a condition of his supervised release, that he have appropriate counseling and therapy," Agnifilo said. "I think he needs
