BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Police are looking for the people involved in a Battle Creek stabbing that sent a man to the hospital.
It happened around 1 a.m. Friday in the area of Michigan Avenue and Division Street.
When officers arrived on scene, they found a 32-year-old Battle Creek man with multiple stab wounds, according to the Battle Creek Police Department.
Investigators said it started as an argument between three people.
"When the victim tried to leave, he was chased and stabbed several times," BCPD wrote in a release.
The suspects took off, police said. As of late Friday morning, they had not been found.
The victim was taken to the hospital. He was last listed in stable condition, according to the police department.
