SCOTIA — A town hall-style meeting will take place later this month around the future of the Flint House, as Scotia lawmakers continue to lean toward demolishing the structure that for years was home of the village’s history center, but more recently has fallen into disrepair.

The single-family home at 421 South Reynolds St. was , just weeks after an engineering report was released that identified more than 50 deficiencies ranging from minor property maintenance to major structural issues.
