GOSHEN, Ind. -- The Goshen Police Department reports an officer responded to a domestic call at a residence in the 1600 block of 10th Street on July 30 just before 8 p.m.

Due to the incident, 43-year-old Catalino Hernandez was charged with Intimidation: Threat is to commit a forcible felony, a Level 6 Felony, Domestic Battery, a Misdemeanor, and Resisting Law Enforcement def. knowingly or intentionally flees, a Misdemeanor.

Hernandez was in court Thursday where he was appointed a public defender and pleaded not guilty. He's due back in court Sept. 17.

Police say they arrived at the residence on July 30 to find two women and a man on scene. Authorities noted one of the women was crying. The crying woman was identified as the victim in this incident.
