Abdul Carter hasn’t been in the NFL long enough to know that the preseason is designed for keeping secrets.

“No, I’m putting it all on film,” Carter said. “I’m going out there, I’m playing, I’m doing what I do best.”

There is a level of confidence in all of Carter’s answers that he earned by leading the nation with 22.5 tackles for loss at Penn State last season, becoming the No. 3 pick in the draft and causing fits for the Giants’ offensive line from multiple spots across the defensive line in practice.
