(NewsNation) — Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton has responded to Blake Lively’s request for a protective order to be thrown out in multiple letters to the judge overseeing the case.

Hilton, whose legal name is Mario Lavandeira Jr., wrote notices to Judge Lewis J. Liman this week calling out Lively and her attorney.

“Blake Lively’s sham of a lawyer, Esra Hudson, is using this court’s docket as a publicist would — by filing a futile Motion To Compel with you,” he wrote.

The “Accepted” actress requested the court to throw out Hilton's protective order motion and has also asked the courts to compel Hilton to “respond and produce materials” related to the subpoena he received in July.
