Gardeners' World star Adam Frost has made a rare comment about his son Oakley, following a recent "frustrating" time. The presenter's 18-year-old is currently honing his skills as an apprentice at a stoneyard, but Adam says it hasn't been an easy ride for him.

The gardening expert revealed that before his son took his GCSEs, he was diagnosed with ADHD, which can lead to symptoms such as; being easily distracted and struggling to follow instructions.

"He wanted to do A levels but the wheels sort of came off," the 55-year-old told Woman's Weekly Magazine.

"He did landscaping for a year but that didn't really work out, which I think was a bit frustrating."
