A carer who engaged in sexual activity with a vulnerable client has narrowly avoided prison.
Mum-of-two Megan Neilson was told only her parental responsibilities had saved her from a custodial sentence for the "breach of trust".
Neilson, 28, of Whiterigg Place, Airdrie , was instead put under social work supervision for 18 months and placed on the sex offenders' register for five years.
