Calgary police took a 19-year-old driver into custody after a chain reaction crash-damaged seven parked vehicles early Friday morning near Chinook Centre.

Police say a man was driving a 2018 BMW M5 at "a high rate of speed" northbound on Macleod Trail S.W.

They are now appealing to any witnesses or anyone with footage of the crash to call police at 406-266-1234, or submit tips anonymo
