For months, people have been writing to the Your Stories Team wondering what's next for the closed Bull & Bear Roadhouse restaurant on Route 57 in Clay.
That Bull & Bear location closed last September.
Owner Mark Bullis said closing and selling the restaurant was a smart business decision. He pointed to the property's increase in value as a major reason for the sale.
He also said they wanted to focus on other business opportunities. He just opened a second Daily Diner location in June.
Bull & Bear still has two remaining locations, one in Fayetteville and the other in DeWitt.
