COVINGTON, La. (KLFY) - A Covington man was arrested on August 7 for possession of child sexual abuse material and sexual abuse of an animal, according to the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation. Joshua Frank, 31, was taken into custody following a joint investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation Cyber Crime Unit and the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office. The arrest was made after agents received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Frank faces five felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse material and one felony count of sexual abuse of an animal. He was booked into the St. Tammany Parish Jail, though his bond information is currently unknown.
