The historic A.E. Doyle Building in downtown Seattle may soon undergo a dramatic transformation. Plans have been submitted to turn the century-old office structure into a modern, 16-story mass-timber residential building, according to City of Seattle records. Industry reports show the initiative is spearheaded by Bellevue-based Fana Group of Cos. and the newly formed Building Reimagined LLC, and project plans show the designer is CLARK/BARNES.
