The Graham family purchased the stalled Georgian Landing project through its company, Sound Lifestyles Ltd.

Graham Design & Construction, another Graham family company, will oversee the construction.

“We are, after a painful amount of time, we are making progress. We’re excited about that,” said Richard Graham, CEO of Graham Design & Construction.
