Daniel Behiels is one hearing closer to learning his fate within the Edmonton Police Service (EPS).
A disciplinary hearing under the Police Act for the suspended detective who leaked to media case files about a failed investigation started Wednesday in Edmonton.

The case initially mounted against an Edmonton landlord incorporated possible connections within the EPS.
The files could have been characterized as “a bag of snakes” or “a dog’s breakfast,” Behiels said.
