To update you on Sprakers resident Stewart Friesen and his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series team, for last night's race, 2017 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion Christopher Bell was scheduled to substitute for Stewart in the Halmar-Friesen Racing Toyota Tundra TRD no. 52 at the Watkins Glen International race track in Watkins Glen. Bell currently sits fifth in NASCAR Cup Series standings.
Kaden Honeycutt has been signed by Halmar-Friesen Racing to drive the no. 52 beginning next Friday, Aug. 15 at the Richmond International Raceway in Virginia and for the balance of the 2025 season. Going into last night's race, Honeycutt was sixth in the driver points standings.
