Three people were arrested in Kingston on August 1, 2025 in connection with an alleged home invasion in which a victim was robbed of money and a cell phone, and threatened with a knife, according to city police.
Brandon Navas, 22, of Ellenville; Lee Perry, 23, of Kingston; and GB M. Sweeney, 22, of Kingston, were taken into custody near Broadway and West Chester Street shortly after the incident was reported. (There was an erroneous report from another news outlet that the robbery occurred the BP gas station, but that appears to be only where the arrest was made.)
Police said the suspects face multiple felony charges, including first- and second-degree robbery and first-degree burglary, with Navas also charged with criminal possession of a weapon and possession of a controlled substance.
