67-year-old facilities worker suing University of Michigan for age discrimination

ANN ARBOR, MI – A former University of Michigan employee in his 60s claims that managers in one department stymied his work as a facilities assistant and that he was passed over in other labor positions because of his age.

In a complaint filed in U.S. District Court in late July, David Coval claims he was discriminated against while with UM’s electrical and computer engineering department.
