Friday was a perfect summer day for a swim, and what better way to spend it than with music and friends at the pool?

Under clear skies and high temperatures, crowds lined the edges of the St. Joseph Outdoor Pool in Cornwall for the 2025 synchro competition. With 41 youths competing at various age levels in 17 different routines, the pool was packed with onlookers to witness the best Cornwall has to offer in artistic swimming.

“Everyone’s excited. The girls are really excited to perform,” said aquatics and programming supervisor Tara Quesnel.
