Broderick & Co., which started life in 2022 as a distillery and outlet for Uncle Tim’s Cocktails , is making the leap from selling high-quality bottled cocktails to enjoy in the comfort of your own home to offering high-quality cocktails in the comfort of its own bar, Broderick.

While the company has offered a tasting-room opportunity at its production facility, this new location at 1080 South Gaylord Street (previously occupied by Bottle Shop 33 ) is designed to provide a space where customers can sink into a plush chair, enjoy a cocktail, order some snacks, and possibly catch a local musician, comedian or artist.
