The weather office is forecasting daytime highs of 30-33 C, with humidex conditions making the highs feel like 35 to 40. Overnight lows are expected to be 19-23 C. Article content Article content

Environment Canada recommends checking on older adults, those living alone and other at-risk people in-person or on the phone “multiple times a day.”

Early signs of heat exhaustion may include headache, nausea, dizziness, thirst, dark urine and intense fatigue. It’s recommended that you stop your activity and drink water.
