KERRVILLE, Texas — The Mayor of Kerrville Joe Herring and Kerr County Judge Rob Kell released the names of those lost in the devastating July Fourth floods that swept through the Hill Country.

On Friday, the Texas Rangers officially released the names of the lives lost in the deadly floods on Fourth of July weekend.

"These names are not new to our community; they are our family, friends and neighbors, and they are forever engraved in our hearts," said the City of Kerrville.

City officials said two families are still searching for loved ones with hopes of bringing them home.

The following people, including the young girls killed while staying at Camp Mystic , have been publicly identified as victims of the Kerr County Flood of July 4, 2025:

Carol Andrews, 65, of Athens, TX
