SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Saratoga Senior Center (SSC) will be presenting a fundraiser luncheon on August 21 to commemorate the facility's 70th anniversary in operation. The celebration, held at the Fasig-Tipton in Saratoga Springs, will feature a special appearance by SSC's Man of the Year, sportscasting titan Jim Nantz.

Nantz has lent his voice to some of the biggest events in sports throughout his multi-decade career, having called several Super Bowls, the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship, and the Masters Tournament. He was named as the Saratoga Senior Center's 2025 Man of the Year for his community work with Alzheimer’s disease advocacy.

The 70th anniversary luncheon, scheduled to run from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., will be headlined by a fireside chat with Nantz alongside
