LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — This week, Arkansas Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders announced that she has signed an "economic cooperation agreement between the State of Arkansas and the National Technological Innovation Authority of the State of Israel."

The signing happened on Wednesday, August 6, as Gov. Sanders signed a memorandum of understanding that the administration hopes will "strengthen economic and cultural ties between the State of Arkansas and the State of Israel's National Technological Innovation Authority."
