MIFFLINBURG — The kitchen supervisor at a drug and alcohol treatment center in Allenwood has been charged with sexually assaulting a patient on her final day of rehab in April, according to state police in Milton.

Victor Roberto Cotto, 51, of Gotschal Road, Danville, was charged with four felony counts of rape by forcible compulsion, institutional sexual assault, sexual assault and aggravated indecent assault without consent. The charges were filed by state Trooper Jessica Naschke, of the Milton State Police Barracks, in the Mifflinburg office of District Judge Jeffrey Mensch.
