DAVENPORT, Iowa (KWQC) - Rookies Sports Bar and Grill will close Monday, officials announced on Friday.

Officials said the bar is closing due to financial and operational difficulties, according to a Facebook post.

But this weekend, people are invited to come in for a final drink and some food.

Officials said they are exploring ways to keep the bar alive through a potential buyer, but need to close for now.
