LAKE WAPPAPELLO, Mo. (KFVS) - A Heartland music festival is celebrating 15 years of jamming out for a cause.

Wappstock is set for 3 to 11 p.m. Saturday, August 9 at The Camp at Lake Wappapello.

More than a half-dozen acts in a variety of genres will bring live performances, including the following:

3 p.m. - Headchange

4 p.m. - Chas Watkins

5 p.m. - Just Enough

6 p.m. - Jess Emery

7 p.m. - Backroad Drive

8 p.m. - As-Is

9 p.m. - Fallen Within

Tickets are $15 at the gate. Organizers say shops located near the venue make finding food and drinks convenient.

Ticket proceeds go toward Wappstock’s mission of sending local children to camp.
