The Keystone State will be representing the Mid-Atlantic region in the Little League World Series for the fifth consecutive season following Glenmoore Eagle Little League victory over Maryland representative 7-1.

Glenmoore is following up Council Rock Newtown, Media, Hollidaysburg and Upper Providence as the Mid-Atlantic representative.

Glenmoore’s dominance in the regional tournament began with a 7-2 victory over Maryland which was followed by a 7-3 victory against Delaware Tuesday night.

An all-around offensive effort led Glenmoore to victory as six players recorded an RBI. First baseman Frankie Kolter’s two RBIs led the team.

Nick Bongiorni, Macallen Chervenka, Heath Podvia, Ethan Herbein,Justin Shaw, Frankie Kolter, Logan Wisneski and Marek Kalavik each recorded a hit.
