SACRAMENTO, Calif. —

A local Rotary club is working to help those most in need across the community, including children.

Desiree Wilson of the Point West Rotary Club of Sacramento sat down with KCRA 3 Friday to discuss her organization's mission and projects.

Specifically, Point West Rotary supports two Sacramento area Title I schools, a high school and an elementary school, through its Partners in Leadership initiative.

The group works with the schools to identify program or funding needs, and then it works to fulfill those needs in partnership with the sites.
