Liberal judges continue to distort the criminal justice system to reach their preferred policy goals or, as shown in a recent case in Baltimore , punish victims of crime who are not on their political team.

The case in Baltimore is that of Patrick Brice, a 28-year-old man who beat two elderly men. Brice rushed and tackled the first man, and then shoved the second man to the ground when he tried to intervene, punching and kicking him in the head as he lay defenseless on the sidewalk. The first victim, who was attacked unprovoked by Brice, suffered a “serious eye injury.” A witness said he was “out cold for several minutes.”
