Southern Californians eager for a more affordable vacation this month have some options thanks to more than a dozen domestic flights boasting tickets just under $100 out of LAX.

Consider that the average domestic airline fare from Los Angeles International Airport was about $407 in 2024, nearly $20 more than the inflation-adjusted national average of $390 last year, according to the Bureau of Transportation Statistics .
