CIMARRON CO., Okla. (KAMR/KCIT) — Officials with Cimarron County Emergency Management reported that area fire crews are working multiple grass fires in parts of the county.

Officials said multiple fires were started by lightning strikes, including: • A fire was reported in the northwest part of the county, 10 miles from the Colorado state line and 15 miles from the New Mexico state line • One fire was reported near Highway 287 and the Cimarron Bridge • A third fire was reported north of Keyes near NS 43 and EW 8
