(FOX40.COM) -- A woman who died after getting stuck in a donation box earlier this week has been identified by the San Joaquin Medical Examiner's Office as Diana Borysenko, 44, from Lincoln, Nebraska. • Video Above: What happens when you call 911?

Around 6:09 p.m. on Tuesday, the Lodi Police Department responded to the area of West Elm Street and Pacific Avenue for a woman stuck in a donation box. Officials said her head had been trapped.

Borysenko was eventually freed from the box. However, she was transported to a local hospital where she died.
