Macaulay Culkin has a favorite Home Alone film.

After starring in the first two movies from the franchise in 1990 and 1992, the actor shot to prominence as a child star. He was a mere 10 and 12, respectively, while shooting both of the projects, and it turns out he prefers the sequel over the original.

“What makes Home Alone 2 better than Home Alone ?” asked Hot Ones host Sean Evans, to which Culkin replied, “I got paid more.”

“I think I own 5 percent of the net, and also 15 percent of the merchandising,” the Fallout actor added. “So if you buy a Talkboy, I’m like, ‘Yeah, I’ll take 15 percent of that, thank you very much!’”
