Saskatchewan RCMP said on Friday that several people were in custody in relation to a fatal officer-involved shooting in Deschambault Lake.

RCMP said in a news release on Aug. 8 that the shooting happened this morning but police are “unable to publicly identify or provide further details” about the dead person.
