MARION — Months after an EF-4 tornado tore through southern Williamson County, families are still working to recover. That's why the Marion Community Unit School District 2 has stepped in with direct financial relief for those hardest hit.
Superintendent Becky Moss announced Thursday that each of the 53 district families impacted by the storm received an additional $367 check to help with expenses.
