PLYMOUTH — The 21st Annual Plymouth Alive Kielbasa Festival is off to a strong, sunny start, evidenced by the borough’s packed Main Street on Friday afternoon.

The festival is a two-day event, and features a parade, dozens of food vendors and live music.

Alexis Eroh, president of Plymouth Alive, said that the number of vendors has increased from the 2024 edition of the festival. Last year, there were fewer than 100 vendors, but that number has been bumped up to 110 in 2025. It’s a testament to dedicated vendor recruiting efforts that more eateries are now involved.

“[The Kielbasa Festival] is progressing, it’s growing, and I think everyone looks forward to it,” Eroh said.

This year’s theme is an allusion to both the festival’s anniversary and the legal drinking age: “Cheers to 21!” The
