SIOUX CITY (KTIV) - Several agencies were involved in a pursuit that saw gunshots fired at law enforcement.
The pursuit began in Dakota County, Nebraska, and ended on a major Sioux City street, according to a Sioux City Police officer KTIV spoke to.
According to the officer, Dakota County deputies identified a driver who was wanted on felony warrants, and when they tried to pull the car over, it did not stop, and a pursuit began.
The officer said the car got onto Highway 20, crossed the bridge into Iowa, and the pursuit continued in the Morningside area of Sioux City. Throughout the chase, authorities reported the driver firing at law enforcement.
