Seven artists throughout the Coachella Valley will showcase their artwork during the Quarterly Art Exhibit at Cathedral City Library to engage the community with different artistic expressions.

The city’s Public Arts Commission will host the free event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Aug. 23 and 24 at 33520 Date Palm Drive.

“These quarterly exhibits provide a wonderful platform for local artists to showcase their creativity while connecting with the community,” Ryan Hunt, communications manager for Cathedral City, said in a statement.

Seven selected artists will display their works, which will be available for purchase from the creators at the event.

A final art exhibit of the year will take place Nov. 15 and 16.
