TATE TOWNSHIP, Ohio —
A man charged in connection with a road rage incident that left a driver's window shattered in Clermont County has been indicted.
It happened on Monday, around 7:40 p.m. when Clermont County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to East Plane Street and Starling Road in Tate Township for a report of a person with a weapon. Advertisement
According to officials, once deputies got to the scene, they connected with the victim, who said he was driving west on Starling Road when he tried to pass a blue Kia Rio that he said was "driving erratically."
The victim said when he tried to pass the vehicle to "create distance" he "heard three pops" and felt something hit him.
